A teenager from Neenah has been convicted of shooting two individuals late last year.
Court records show that 18-year-old Anthony Hendricks appeared in a Winnebago County courtroom on Monday (June 30th) for a plea hearing.
Prior to accepting a plea deal, Hendricks was originally charged with two counts of First-Degree Reckless Injury, Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place, Aggravated Battery, Possession with the Intent to Deliver THC, and Resisting or Obstructing an Officer.
However, a plea deal was reached with the 18-year-old, which saw him convicted of one count of Second-Degree Reckless Injury and Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place by way of no contest pleas.
As we reported last year, Neenah Police were called to the 100 block of West Bell Street on November 29th on a report of shots fired.
Arriving officers located two individuals, including Hendricks’ 11-year-old brother, who suffered non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.
The teen would later be arrested and handed charges, which he has since been convicted of.
Hendricks will return to court on September 8th for a sentencing hearing.
