Bail has been set for the man accused of punching his wife’s car at the Manitowoc Fleet Farm.
56-year-old Scott K. Seal was given a $1,500 recognizance bond by Court Commissioner Patrica Koppa on charges of Disorderly Conduct, Felony Bail Jumping, and Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
Police were called to the store on South Rapids Road at 3:00 Sunday afternoon after a witness reported seeing a man punching the windshield of a vehicle before fleeing.
Seal was followed by the witness and was arrested a short distance away without incident.
While his wife admitted that an argument had gotten intense, she told police she did not feel unsafe around him.
As a part of his bond, Seal was ordered to have no assaultive or abusive contact with the victim.
He is due for his initial appearance on July 21st in Branch 3.
