A Rock County judge has set bail at $37.5 million for Paul Van Duyne.
He faces charges of attempted first-degree intentional homicide in an alleged poisoning attempt.
Authorities say Van Duyne and co-defendant Andrea Whitaker are accused of trying to poison a woman Van Duyne previously dated.
Whitaker is also facing charges and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing this afternoon.
