A freight train carrying 50 cars derailed Monday morning in Hartford, toppling three engines and 19 cars.
Three crew members were hospitalized with minor injuries.
Cleanup efforts are underway after ruptured tanks spilled diesel fuel at the site, and officials say the process could take several days.
