
The woman charged with the death of a dog in Two Rivers has pleaded not guilty.
25-year-old Elizabeth Rahmlow was back in Manitowoc County Court over Zoom to enter the pleas.
She also waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over for further proceedings.
Her next scheduled court date is August 1st. Rahmlow was arrested after Two Rivers Police opened an investigation after a canine was found dead inside a kennel in an unoccupied apartment.
The 25-year-old was identified as the dog’s owner.
She faces charges including mistreatment of animals, causing death, and intentionally abandoning an animal.
