Bond has been set for the Two Rivers man who refused to exit his home for police.
44-year-old Derek Kielkopf was given a $500 cash bond by Court Commissioner Patricia Koppa on charges of Obstructing an Officer, and three counts each of Misdemeanor and Felony Bail Jumping.
Two Rivers police saw Kielkopf outside of a home in the 1400 block of School Street on Wednesday and confirmed he had a bench warrant for his arrest.
When confronted, Kielkopf reportedly went into the house and refused to exit.
The officers then forced entry into the home, and Kielkopf was taken into custody without further incident.
At last word, Kielkopf remains in the Manitowoc County Jail, and he is due back for his initial appearance on June 30th.
