For the second time this month, the Manitowoc Police Department is informing the public of a convicted sex offender who is set to reside in the city.
Mark P. Dlugopolski was convicted on five counts of Possession of Child Pornography and is set to be released on July 1st.
He will be living in the 1100 block of South 19th Street, and will be required to follow rules as established by the Department of Corrections.
Dlugopolski is also going to be part of the Sex Offender Registration Program and will be tracked by GPS for life.
The Manitowoc Police Department releases this information not to scare the community, but rather to make sure it is as informed as possible.
Any use of the information to threaten, intimidate, or harass Dlugopolski will not be tolerated.
