Milwaukee police are seeking a man accused of stealing tires worth thousands of dollars from vehicles around the city.
Authorities identified David Griffin as a suspect after one victim used a GPS tracker to trace a stolen rim.
Griffin now faces four felony theft charges and one misdemeanor count, and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
