
Bail has been set for the woman accused of stealing from the Manitowoc Menards seven times.
40-year-old Amy S. Jelinek of Manitowoc was given a $1,500 recognizance bond by Court Commissioner Patricia Koppa as she faces seven counts of Retail Theft.
Jelinek was caught on video surveillance seven times between April 4th and June 6th taking a total of over $615 worth of items from the store.
She has a lengthy history of run-ins with the law, including four other theft cases dating back to 2015, and nine drug cases, including charges of Manufacturing or Delivering Narcotics in 2021.
As a part of her bond, Jelinek was ordered to have no contact with the victim business or their premises.
She is due back in court on July 17th for her initial appearance.
