
A man from Sheboygan is set to appear in court in a sexual assault case.
Court records show that 29-year-old Terrell M. Poe will be inside a Marathon County courtroom today for his preliminary hearing.
Poe has been charged with First-Degree Sexual Assault with the Use of a Dangerous Weapon, Battery or Threat to a Law Enforcement Officer, Carrying a Concealed Knife, and Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, all of which carry repeater modifiers.
Court documents also show that he was arrested on June 5th for the incident that took place on May 29th.
Poe has been in custody since at the Marathon County Jail on a $25,000 cash bond, which is yet to be posted.
Terms of the 29-year-old’s bond include no contact with the victim, he is to maintain absolute sobriety, and is not to possess any controlled substances or dangerous weapons.
