The Appleton Police Department wants to hear from the residents it serves.
The department is asking residents to take the quick, 1-minute survey, which includes questions about top safety concerns, how they can improve, and which programs they are familiar with.
The survey is being run by My90 an independent third party.
All responses are 100% confidential.
The department noted, “Your feedback helps us understand the concerns that matter most to you and allows us to better serve our community.”
