
Some of the nation’s best youth gymnasts will be competing in Green Bay this weekend.
The 2025 YMCA National Gymnastics Championship will be held at the Resch Center over the next four days.
While festivities began yesterday (June 24th) with senior receptions and the coaches meeting, the event’s opening ceremonies will begin today (June 25th) with the Parade of Athletes starting at 3:30 p.m.
A highlight of the YMCA National Championship will be the appearance of United States gymnast Jordan Chiles, a 2-time Olympic medalist and a member of the defending gold medal-winning U.S. team in the all-around competition, who will deliver the keynote address.
Each year, the annual competition hosts approximately 2,000 athletes from across the country from 6 to 20 years old.
This event is being hosted in partnership with the Fond du Lac Family YMCA, the Greater Marinette-Menominee YMCA, and the Greater Green Bay YMCA, who were picked as hosts by the YMCA of the USA.
The competition and opening ceremony are open to the public, and tickets can be purchased onsite on the day of.
