The Milwaukee Brewers’ High-A minor league affiliate will look to get back above .500 tonight (June 24th).
The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers will take on the Quad Cities River Bandits tonight with first pitch scheduled for 6:40 at Neuroscience Group Field.
The Timber Rattlers come into the ball game off the back of being swept by the Midwest League-leading West Michigan White Caps in four games.
20-year-old lefthander Anthony Flores is scheduled to take the mound for the Timber Rattlers while the Quad Cities starter is yet to be announced.
This season, Flores is sporting a 2-3 record and an ERA of 4.42. Sitting at 34-34 on the year, a win tonight would put Wisconsin one game above .500 and 5.5 games behind their opponents for 2nd in the West Division.
