A standoff with Milwaukee police occurred last Friday after a man caused property damage and refused to exit a residence.
The situation, which required tactical units, shut down the area around 37th Street and West Greenfield Avenue for several hours.
Authorities said the suspect was armed and initially resisted leaving the home but was eventually taken into custody without further incident.
