Numerous road construction projects are set for Sheboygan County this week.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation has announced that crews will be out performing maintenance work on Highway 23 between County Road P and Inez Court between Plymouth and Greenbush.
Daily closures are scheduled for 23 to allow crews to make pavement repairs in the area.
The closure will begin today (June 23rd) at noon and will run until 3:00 p.m. on Friday (June 27th).
Sheboygan County’s long-term construction projects on State Highways 28 and 32 will continue to progress as well.
The bridge closure on Highway 28 in Cascade remains in place with contractors pouring sidewalks and bridge parapets.
Progress is also being made on the Highway 32 culvert replacement project in Cedar Grove and Gibbsville.
This week, crews will form and pour new culvert walls in Gibbsville while curb work is getting back underway in Cedar Grove.
