The man accused of threatening to shoot three people last week is now free on bond.
20-year-old Kameron C. Koch of Mishicot was given a $10,000 recognizance bond, informally known as a signature bond, by Court Commissioner Patricia Koppa on a charge of making Terrorist Threats.
Two people contacted Manitowoc Police last Thursday, where they showed a Snapchat message from Koch where he said “I grabbed my gun for a reason,” and referenced a phone call where the man said, “You should probably leave before I shoot up the place,” referring to the Perkins’ Park and Ride.
Koch was later apprehended without incident.
As a part of his bond, Koch was ordered to have no contact with the victims, to maintain absolute sobriety, and not to possess any weapons or facsimile weapons.
He is due back in court for his initial appearance on July 7th in Branch 2.
