
A man convicted of possession of child pornography will be living in Manitowoc.
The Manitowoc Police Department explains that Zachary Hoerth will be released from prison next Tuesday (June 24th).
He will be residing in the 1100 block of S. 19th Street after serving his time in prison.
Horeth was convicted of 10 counts of possession of child pornography as well as exposing a child to harmful materials.
Manitowoc Police tell the public that Hoerth is not wanted at this time and has served his sentence imposed by the courts.
The notification of where a sex offender is living is not intended to increase fear but rather to inform the public.
Abuse of the information to threaten, intimidate, or harass registered sex offenders will not be tolerated.
Hoerth must also register with the Sex Offender Registration Program and must have a GPS Tracking device for life.
