
A Reedsville man has been arrested for his 5th OWI.
The Wisconsin State Patrol reports a trooper was performing traffic safety enforcement in Outagamie County at around 9:00 last Friday morning, when he pulled over 39-year-old Michael S. Chanthavong in the area of Richmond and West Lindbergh Streets.
During the traffic stop, the Trooper observed signs of impairment from the driver.
After an investigation, to include Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, the driver was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated-5th Offense.
The driver was taken to a local hospital for an evidentiary blood draw and then transported to the Outagamie County Jail.
The driver is also charged with possession of THC/marijuana and operating after revocation of this driver’s license.
