A third man has been sentenced in a 2022 Green Bay homicide.
FOX11 reports that 38-year-old Jacob Ventura was sentenced to seven and a half years in prison and eight years of extended supervision for his role in the death of Randell Denny.
Ventura pleaded no contest to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and harboring or aiding a felon.
He was facing a charge of being a party to a first-degree intentional homicide, however he was cooperative with prosecutors, who lessened his charges.
Denny was shot and killed in Green Bay at the intersection of Perkins and Western Avenue because of stolen guns, drugs, and jewelry.
He was linked with Gustavo and Alejandro Cantu, who have both been sentenced in the case as well.
Gustavo was sentenced to 35 years in prison after being found guilty of felony murder during a jury trial.
Alejandro pleaded no contest to charges against him and was sentenced to 15 years in prison for felony murder.
