There are a pair of Manitowoc County governmental meetings scheduled for today.
Up first is the Personnel Committee, which will be in the Education Room in the Heritage Building at 5:00 p.m.
After hearing comments from the public, the group will discuss the employee suggestion program, and issues related to health insurance.
Then, after its yearly ice cream social, the County Board of Supervisors will be in the County Board room.
They will also give the public time to comment before making appointments to various boards and committees.
They will also establish the board compensation for supervisors with terms beginning in April of next year and will officially create the position of Medical Examiner.
