Stuffed animals will be taking over Sheboygan’s Mead Public Library for one night this month.
The Library has announced the Summer Stuffed Animal Sleepover event will take place from June 24th through the 26th.
The Summer Sleepover will see children’s plushie friends work the night shift at the library while the kids are fast asleep at home.
Those interested will be able to register to have their stuffed animals explore the library and get into all kinds of fun, which will be captured through photos.
Each participant willing to part ways with a stuffed animal for a few days will receive a take-home goodie bag filled with photos of their plushie’s adventures.
Registration for this event is required and, due to limited space, only one stuffed animal will be allowed per child.
Registration is open to those ages 4 to 11 and will close at noon on June 25th.
Drop off will be available anytime on June 34th or before 3:00 p.m. on the 25th.
Parents will then be able to pick up their child’s stuffed animal and take-home bag anytime after 10:00 a.m. on June 26th.
Registration for the Summer Stuffed Animal Sleepover can be done online at meadpl.org.
