One of the Random Lake teens convicted of child sexual assault is set to be sentenced.
17-year-old Cole Guttmann will be back in a Sheboygan County courtroom today (June 16th) for his sentencing hearing.
Guttmann was found guilty of Second-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child due to a no contest plea in March.
The teenager was originally charged with First-Degree Sexual Assault-Sexual Contact or Intercourse with a Person Under the Age of 13, Second-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child, and Child Sexual Exploitation, Possession and Exhibition of Child Pornography by a Person Under the Age of 18, along with two counts of Incest with a Child however a plea deal saw all but one of those charges dismissed but read into the record.
Guttmann and 17-year-old Spencer Dietrich have been accused of forcing two young brothers into engaging in sexual acts together, recording it, and distributing the video to others.
Guttmann is also facing additional child sexual assault charges in Ozaukee County related to the same incident and will return to court for a hearing on said charges next week.
Dietrich was found guilty of Child Abuse-Intentionally Causing Harm and two counts of Intimidating a Victim by the Use of Force and will be sentenced on June 30th.
