A group of singers from Valders is among the finalists in the 2025 Music Matters Challenge.
The Valders Choral Program is one of only five school programs remaining in the competition, where the winners receive a $25,000 grant.
In fact, they are the only group left from the state of Wisconsin.
If they were to win the grant, the money would be used to replace outdated and unsafe rehearsal and performance equipment.
Tami Witter, the Director of Vocal Music at the Valders Area School District, tells SeehaferNews.com that the winner will be determined by an online voting system.
Everyone can cast one vote per day at LetMusicFillMyWorld.com, with no email required.
Voting ends on June 20th.
The other finalists are the Somerset Academy Miramar Middle School from Miramar, Florida, Mozart Elementary School in Boston, North Sanpete School District in Mount Pleasant, Utah, and Cornerstone Christian Academy in Philadelphia.
