The transition at the Community Café in Sheboygan continues to move forward positively.
It was announced earlier this month that the Community Café would be taken over by the Sheboygan County Warming Center after being run by the County Food Bank since it was opened three years ago.
In the short time since the move was announced, the Warming Center has shared that they are looking to hire a Coordinator for the Café.
The position would lead daily operations and work approximately 15 hours a week.
Directly after the announcement, those looking to volunteer or to donate meals were asked to continue to use the Food Bank’s website to do so.
However, these functions have officially been added to the Warming Center’s website, furthering the Community Café’s transition away from the Food Bank.
