Charges are now official for the woman accused of fighting another individual in downtown Manitowoc.
28-year-old Dalice Metoxen was given a $150 cash bond by Court Commission Patricia Koppa on charges of Battery, Disorderly Conduct, Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, and Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
An officer reported seeing Metoxen striking a woman on the ground near the intersection of Buffalo and North 9th Streets early Sunday morning (Jun 8th).
When the officer approached, she allegedly fled into a nearby bar and resisted as officers placed her under arrest.
As a part of her bail, Metoxen was ordered to have no contact with the victim or with any tavern.
Her bail has since been furnished, and she is due for her initial appearance at 10:30 this morning.
