A section of Manitowoc was without power for about an hour today.
The outage was reported to Manitowoc Public Utilities at 1:00 p.m., and crews learned by 1:20 p.m. that a bird was to blame.
It was not stated exactly what the bird had gotten into, but power was fully restored at 1:55 p.m.
