A boating accident on Little Muskego Lake has claimed the life of a 10-year-old child.
According to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, a moving boat collided with a stationary vessel that the boy was on around 10:00 a.m. Saturday near Idle Isle Park.
Two other people were also on board but were not seriously hurt.
The child was taken to a hospital but later died from his injuries.
The DNR, along with Muskego Police, is investigating the incident.
