A tense situation in Cedarburg ended peacefully after a man was taken into custody following a standoff with law enforcement.
Authorities say the standoff began on Wilshire Drive, where an intoxicated man was reportedly loading ammunition into magazines and making threats.
The suspect then went to The Hamilton at Cedar Creek pub, prompting an evacuation.
After about an hour, the man surrendered to police without incident.
