The Manitowoc County Historical Society is getting ready for an arts-focused event later this month.
Historic artisans from across the Midwest will gather for a celebration of Wisconsin’s rich folk life traditions on June 28th and 29th at the Pinecrest Historical Village.
Heritage Maker’s Market will allow guests an opportunity to try their hand at blacksmithing, leatherwork, letter pressing, wooden shoe carving, and loom weaving, just to name a few.
The program will also feature live music by Plymouth High School’s Junge Kameraden that Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to noon and by the Milwaukee-based group, Frogwater, the following day from 11:00 to 1:00 p.m.
