Manitowoc Lutheran set two new school records Saturday at The WIAA State Track and Field Championships in La Crosse.
Gabriel Stuebs made the podium in Division Three, finishing fourth in the 400-meter dash with a time of 49.19 seconds, breaking his school record for the fifth time.
The girl’s 4×400-meter relay team of Stevie Brunner, Lily Melhorn, Ava Stuebs, and Addie Korte finished ninth, setting a school record in a time of 4 minutes 6.70 seconds.
Trenton Schuettpelz placed ninth in the triple jump with a leap of 42 feet three inches, and Bitsy Blauert was seventeenth in the long jump, jumping 15 feet eight-and-a-quarter inches.
