The City of Two Rivers is expected to name its next city manager today (June 6th).
The city council is scheduled to meet at 7:30 a.m. in council chambers and will enter into a closed session to discuss a proposed employment agreement with the new head of the Cool City.
They will then reconvene into open session and possibly approve the agreement.
Four finalists, including two from Wisconsin, one from Illinois, and another from Oklahoma, were chosen two weeks ago as possible choices to take over as Two Rivers’ next city manager.
Current City Manager Greg Buckley is retiring after almost 30 years.
