Six people were injured, two seriously, after a two-vehicle crash in the Town of Meeme yesterday (June 5th).
Valders Fire and Rescue explained on their Facebook page that emergency services were called just before 11:00 a.m. to the intersection of County Road X and County Road A.
Fire Chief Christopher Dallas says the two seriously injured in the crash were taken by helicopter to trauma centers for advanced medical care.
The four remaining victims were treated for non-life-threatening injuries and taken by ambulance to nearby hospitals.
County Roads X and A were temporarily closed to allow for medical response and accident investigation.
The cause of the crash is currently being investigated. Eight emergency agencies were called to assist.
