
A Milwaukee man has officially been charged in an attempted attack in Manitowoc.
27-year-old Dallas Kvien was given a $2,000 cash bond by Court Commissioner Patricia Koppa on charges of Disorderly Conduct, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Unlawful Use of Computerized Communications Systems.
Kvein was arrested early Monday morning (June 2nd) after police were informed by the victim that he was coming to Manitowoc to attack them.
As a part of his bond, Kvein was ordered to have no contact with the victim, to maintain absolute sobriety, and to not possess any dangerous weapons.
At last word, he remains in the Manitowoc County Jail and is due for his initial appearance on June 9th in Branch 4.
