
Gas prices throughout Eastern Wisconsin are back below the $3.00 threshold, except for one county.
As reported on the AAA Gas Prices website, Manitowoc County saw a dip of four cents per gallon over the past week, bringing the average price per gallon down to $2.98.
Sheboygan and Calumet Counties each reported three-cent dips to $2.98 and $2.95, while Outagamie County boasts the least expensive fuel in the area.
Gas station signs are showing a six-cent dip to an average of $2.91.
Brown and Kewaunee Counties each saw a five-cent drop to $2.94 and $2.96, respectively, while Door County’s six-cent decline wasn’t quite enough to keep pace with the rest of the area, leaving them with an average of $3.01 per gallon.
The state average also dipped four cents to $2.96, while the national average is down two cents to $3.14.
