
An investigation spanning multiple months has led to numerous arrests in the City of Oshkosh.
As a result of this investigation, the Oshkosh Police Department’s Vice and Narcotics Unit conducted two search warrants on Thursday (May 29th), one on the city’s north side and the other on the south side of Oshkosh.
With the help of the Criminal Investigation Division and SWAT Team during the warrants, four individuals ranging from 35 to 44 years old were arrested and charged with a long list of narcotics trafficking, manufacturing, and possession offenses.
Numerous drug trafficking related items were seized during the search, including three handguns, approximately $5,000 cash, 1.58 pounds of methamphetamine, 23.1 grams of fentanyl, 117.1 grams of cocaine, 2.7 grams of MDMA, and 40 grams of marijuana.
The investigation by Oshkosh PD also led authorities in Milwaukee to conduct a pair of search warrants themselves at residences connected to one of the individuals arrested, however, no information regarding additional arrests was provided.
The Oshkosh Police Department was assisted in its investigation by the Lake Winnebago Area Metropolitan Enforcement Group, the Milwaukee Police Department HIDTA, DEA, and ATF.
