Sophomore Peter Knauf of Roncalli/Manitowoc Lutheran will play Sawyer Korb, a sophomore from Edgewood of Madison, in his first-round match in the Division 2 bracket of the WIAA State Individual Boys Tennis Tournament on Thursday at the Nielsen Tennis Complex in Madison.
They are scheduled to play at 5:45 p.m.
Knauf punched his ticket to Madison by finishing third at sectionals on Thursday in Kohler, taking a record of 13-5 to the state meet.
Korb is 18 and 4. The winner advances to play Teddy Busateri of East Troy on Friday morning at approximately 11:30 a.m.
