A 72-year-old Rice Lake man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison after being convicted of his 17th offense of operating while intoxicated (OWI).
Mark Johnson was charged following a crash on Wisconsin Avenue in September 2024.
Prosecutors noted the severity of the repeat offense in seeking the maximum penalty.
