A man is facing charges after allegedly exposing himself in the Burger King drive-thru in Manitowoc.
An officer was dispatched to the restaurant on Calumet Avenue just after 8:30 Wednesday evening, where a female employee reported the suspect had his hand in his pants when he pulled up to the window.
When she handed him his soda, the worker claimed the man had pulled his penis out of his pants.
A review of security camera footage confirmed the report and led police to a 45-year-old man with a history of such behavior.
Officers located the suspect in his vehicle early this morning in the area of South 24th and Washington Streets, and asked him about the incident.
Even after being confronted with the video evidence, the man denied any wrongdoing.
When the officer told the man he was under arrest, the suspect ran.
K9 Rolo was called to assist in the search, and the man gave himself up.
He is facing charges of Exposing Genitals, Public Area, or Intimate Parts to a Child, Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, Possession of THC, and Disorderly Conduct.
