A GoFundMe page has been launched for the family of the Sheboygan County residents who died in a Memorial Day crash.
Jay, Nicole, and Alissa Horne of Oostburg were traveling north on I-43 Monday morning when they were struck head-on by 34-year-old Ace Vue of Milwaukee, who was driving the wrong way.
Jay and Nicole died at the scene, and the GoFundMe reports that Allissa is “recovering from serious injuries and is undergoing multiple surgeries that will require extensive rehabilitation.”
The family member who started the fundraiser noted that Jay and Nicole were “known for their kindness and generosity—Nicole especially had a deep love for children and caring for others.”
All money raised will help cover Allissa’s medical bills, Jay and Nicole’s funeral expenses, and essential living costs.
