The Appleton Police Department is asking for help in the search for a missing man.
Donovan Xiong was last seen in the 900 block of North Bay Ridge Road at around 2:00 Wednesday afternoon (May 28th).
He was said to be wearing a green t-shirt, jeans, black shoes, and possibly a jacket.
The Appleton Police Department noted, “It is out of character for him to be out of contact with family and does not drive a vehicle.”
