A 47-year-old Eau Claire man is facing 23 charges after allegedly threatening someone with a gun and leading police on a chase.
Authorities say Leo Lacy brandished a weapon at Smokehouse Tobacco last Thursday.
A day later, he crashed his car during a police pursuit and fled on foot, prompting lockdowns at nearby schools.
Officers eventually found him hiding in a garage attic.
Charges include hit-and-run, reckless endangerment, and cocaine possession.
