A man convicted in a Manitowoc County child pornography case will be residing in Neenah.
The Neenah Police Department announced that 44-year-old Justin D. Bender will live in the 400 block of Sherry Street after serving his time for convictions in 2018.
He was convicted in two separate incidents of possession of child pornography in which he uploaded several sexually explicit videos and also sent sexually explicit messages to a female minor.
Bender will be under supervision until December 2025 and can’t have any unsupervised contact with minors.
He’ll also have to register with the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry for life.
Neenah Police says they are releasing the information for public safety and protection and isn’t intended to increase fear, but to keep the public informed and safe.
Citizen abuse of the information to threaten, intimidate, or harass registered sex offenders will not be tolerated.
