A former Mishicot High School gym teacher had his trial date set for a federal child porn production case.
FOX11 notes that 37-year-old Ryan Schroeder has pleaded not guilty to two counts of Production of Child Pornography, which are a separate case from the 19 other charges he faces in state court.
His federal trial will begin on August 4th.
Schroeder was arrested in April after it was learned that he had a sexual relationship with a student, with the criminal complaint noting the two engaged in sex over 50 times when the victim was 14 and 16 years old, with 10 of the incidents occurring on school grounds.
The child porn charges stem from numerous photos and videos found on his phone showing the teen girl in sexual situations.
Schoeder remains in the Manitowoc County Jail on a $150,000 cash bond and is due back in court on June 6th for proceedings ahead of a June 11th motion hearing.
