Bond has been set for the man who was held at gunpoint following a short police chase.
33-year-old Bradley Okus was given a $3,000 recognizance bond by Court Commissioner Patricia Koppa as he faces charges of Fleeing and Eluding an Officer, Resisting an Officer, and Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
A Manitowoc police officer attempted to pull Okus over Saturday morning along Waldo Boulevard, but he instead sped off on his motorcycle.
He eventually pulled into the driveway of a residence, and when the officer approached, he put his hand in his pocket.
This caused the officer to pull his duty weapon and call for backup.
When backup arrived, Okus reportedly resisted being put into the squad car as well.
No shots were fired in the incident.
As a part of his bond, Okus was ordered to maintain absolute sobriety.
He is due back in court on June 16th for his initial hearing.
