A judge has set bond at $1 million for Matthew Novak, the man arrested following a lengthy 38-hour standoff in Fredonia earlier this month.
Police responded to his home on May 8th after reports of gunfire and loud music.
Authorities say Novak threatened to shoot anyone who approached.
He surrendered peacefully on May 10th and is now being held in the Ozaukee County Jail after a release from a mental health facility.
