The City of Kiel could approve a change order for a major dam project.
The council is considering the $12,978 order for Michael’s construction to demolish and replace a spillway wall at a pier.
The original contract amount for the project is about $640,000.
The city announced in February that it would start work on the city dam on East Fremont Street.
This is the second change order the council could approve after they allowed Michaels Construction to replace additional concrete located under the dam last month.
