
The second brother convicted in a 2022 Green Bay homicide has been sentenced.
WBAY reports that 42-year-old Gustavo Cantu was sentenced to 35 years in prison followed by 13 years of extended supervision in the death of Randell Denny.
He initially faced a charge of 1st-degree intentional homicide, party to a crime.
He was found guilty of a lesser charge of felony murder, party to a crime, during a jury trial in February.
His brother, Alejandro Cantu, pleaded no contest to a charge of felony murder the same month.
He was sentenced to 15 years in prison plus 10 years of extended supervision.
Randall Denny was killed at the intersection of Perkins and Western Avenue due to stolen guns, drugs, and jewelry.
