A Fond du Lac man is facing charges after allegedly shooting at a car.
FOX11 reports that the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office was called to Marys Avenue in the Town of Empire, just outside the eastern city limits of Fond du Lac, at around 1:00 Monday morning.
The caller reported that a man had fired a gun into the tire of their car.
There was reportedly an altercation at the home prior to the shooting, and the two individuals knew each other.
The suspect had fled the scene by the time investigators arrived, but he was apprehended during a traffic stop shortly after.
The 40-year-old suspect was arrested on charges of discharging a firearm into a vehicle, pointing a firearm at another, criminal damage to property, carrying a concealed weapon, and drug charges.
