There are a pair of meetings scheduled for today (May 27th) in the City of Two Rivers.
The Business and Industrial Development Committee will meet with the Community Development Authority at 5:00 p.m. in the Committee Room in City Hall, where they will review the status of a listing agreement for Sandy Bay Subdivision Lots with Weichert Realtors/Cornerstone.
They will also enter a closed session to discuss a purchase agreement with the owner of a parcel in the subdivision.
The City Council will then meet in the Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m. for a work session.
They will review the upcoming community visits by the finalists for City Manager before discussing alternative uses for a parcel of land in the Columbus Industrial Park.
They will also enter a closed session to discuss a possible property acquisition and some possible assistance for development projects.
