The company said many users have already regained the ability to use their phones, and full service restoration could occur at any time.
However, Cellcom cautioned that intermittent disruptions may continue as part of the ongoing recovery efforts.
Last week, CEO Brighid Riordan confirmed that the outages were the result of a cyber incident.
The company is actively working to ensure all systems are fully restored and secure.
